Bluefrog Plumbing and Drain of Argyle and Colleyville went well beyond expectations for an inspection and evaluation of a potential sewer leak. I did not have them repair anything, as the inspection showed it was not necessary just yet - but I will not hesitate to reach out to them when needed. Great professionalism, service and integrity!
Within three hours of my request, Bluefrog was here to complete the task. Fair price and excellent work. Cooper, the senior tech is a genuine person looking to grow the business. Professional, courteous, even brought in an Amazon package left by the door while grabbing supplies for the job! 10/10 will be using Bluefrog for any plumbing needs!
Nathan D was great, he assessed the situation and fully explained what needed to be done. When the project became an issue due ti the location he explained what needed to be done and made the repairs which included having to cut into the wall. He took care making sure the pieces of drywall he had to remove were kept in good condition and repaired the wall once he finished the plumbing repair. Definitely 5 stars and would recommend Nathan and Bluefrog
They repaired the pipe line at the disconnection spot. They put in a two clean out valve system. They got the proper city permit and subsequent approval that most companies didn't offer. 10 year warranty and ? on their quality work. Totally recommend.
Work was fast but I feel it was a little expensive for what was done. But, you have to pay for the best.
