I love the fact that they provided a free estimate without charging a trip charge like other companies. It took less than 30 minutes to repair our toilet, and he even provided us a quote for replacing our bathroom faucets. We would definitely use them again for future plumbing needs.
We needed our toilet flange replaced. They did a great job communicating via telephone and email about arrival time. They showed up on time (even a little early with an advance phone call). They took the time to explain the process, gave me a clear and accurate quote, and completed the work quickly and at a fair price.
Blue Frog Plumbing was professional, courteous and punctual. They were able to install my whole house water filtration system within the estimated time frame and even upgraded the house plumbing by adding a main cut off valve ( which surprisingly was not present). I received 4 estimates for this job and their price was about half of the others. Highly recommend.

I was given a high quote that stated several things would have to be done to repair my water line. When those things did not need to be done in the end, BlueFrog was very hesitant to lower the price to match the actual work done. I had to talk to several people just to get the price lowered a little. The workmanship was fantastic. The honest pricing was not.
