I was given a high quote that stated several things would have to be done to repair my water line. When those things did not need to be done in the end, BlueFrog was very hesitant to lower the price to match the actual work done. I had to talk to several people just to get the price lowered a little. The workmanship was fantastic. The honest pricing was not.
Roland Cortez was GREAT. He was very involved in the process and explained to me step by step what was happening. He was also helpful with communicating with my MUD district regarding their responsibilities. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with their services. Thanks Mr. Cortez!!!
We had a very good experience with Blue Frog. They called immediately and came out the same day. Cuyler was excellent - professional, knowledgeable, and worked very quickly. We would definitely recommend them.
