This place was honestly a god sent. In a blink of an eye, our mother became “end of life” status within a couple of short days. She went from thriving, loving life to the end of her life, out of the blue, which left us blinded and clueless to a lot. My dad was there for about a week they were so nice to me and my family they made sure we were comfortable while we stayed there with him. I could never thank them enough .Such a great place . Even the front door security was super nice.Thank you Bluegrass care Navigators so much ..

Very nice place!! I would recommend it to anyone ! Took care of my grandmother and treated her well and also the family. Was very pleased and blessed to have a place like this!!!

I got Introduce to this bluegrass place because I needed a little help with my electric and because I'm a recovering addict nobody wants to take the chance but bluegrass did I will forever be grateful and try to pay it forward
