I have been in there twice and I told my kids DO NOT send me back there. I had 3 workers, 2 black girls with dreads and another black girl. They laugh at you, make fun of you. Both times I've been in there I have dealt with this. I DO NOT EVER WANT TO GO BACK THERE! WORSE TREATMENT IVE EVER DEALT WITH!

My son entered this facility for the first time on Friday 9/29/23 and was there for 2 weeks. When he went in he was hopelessly experiencing the symptoms of schizophrenia of a person off their medication. He had been without medication for this mental condition for a little over a year. I thought he'd get the proper care and management to get him back on track, and he'd return home to do outpatient care elsewhere. My girlfriend was just there I drove 2 hrs for a one hr visit only to get there and then tell me she's not there when I ask where she is I was told to call her So I said did u release her and was told I don't know ok well did u send her somewhere else and again got o don't know so for 2 and half hr I've been driven for 2 1/2 hrs around town I don't know on phone with every place I can find online to call wouldn't send my dog there

The ones who actually cared made it better. They messed up and did not detect my insurance even though I had made it clear I had it and provided the correct information. Getting in contact with billing is absolutely impossible to fix their mistake. This is absolutely ridiculous.

My boyfriend was taken there from miami valley hospital in dayton ohio. He had a change in meds and needed help. He arrived on friday march 31st and was told meds would be ordered and he would have to wait until monday april 3rd to recieve them! When you try to call on the weekend the phones transfer to an answering service with no help :( And the website says resort style setting and amenities! Nope 100percent lie!
