Front desk folks very friendly and professional. Last couple times Ive been there I could hear alot of laughter and talking in the back. Seemed not very professional possibly not very busy. Phlebotomist was very nice and professional. Mr Lackey who I saw nice. The pellets have helped me allot especially less joint pain!! I think some newer lobby furniture would help the overall experience.
