Very impressed with the office and staff. It was my first visit to Dr. Haake. He called me the evening before and I was personally greeted by Joan. Great marketing tools were used by the staff including a gift. Made me feel important and special.
Explained what was going on during the procedure and made me feel very comfortable and dare I say relaxed? Or as relaxed as you could be during a procedure. Front staff is very helpful and accommodating as well.
What a great experience! The staff is amazing and so friendly. Dr Haake knows his stuff and makes you feel at ease. It was great to get an email reminder right away to put the next appointment on the calendar. I am a patient for life and will refer all family and friends!
