Dr. Haake is a very knowledgeable dentist. He cares about his patients and communicates with them through every step of whatever procedure they are having. He is wonderful with children and there is no fear factor of going to the dentist. If you are looking for a family dentist I highly recommend him.

I absolutely love everything about this office and people. Dr Haake is so patient and nice and explains what he is doing. He tries to make me as comfortable as I can be, and very friendly also. His assistant is very friendly--Joan is very personable and helpful anytime that I call or come in. What a great office!

Shocked and Disappointed While undergoing a procedure for dental implants, Dr. Ryan Dahlquist cut a blood vessel causing me to hemorrhage for over 7 hours! I had to go to their office at 10:30 at night where Dr Haake worked on me trying to get the bleeding to stop. Finally, after an additional hour, he ended up putting stitches in to force the bleeding to stop. Shortly thereafter, I received a formal letter informing me that since this malpractice occurred, they were “resigning” from continuing to treat me!

Everyone is positive and friendly. Unfortunately, this procedure of removing the tooth was after a root canal and two separate replacement crowns. This has become an expensive tooth or lack thereof. But I have 11 other crowns from Dr. Boydston I hope to rely upon.

Friendly; Service Good; Doctor was knowledgeable enough. The front desk was very friendly, making sure everyone was comfortable when you walked in to the front door, showing you where everything is. Next you were put into a room, the dental hygienist came in and talk with you. She then took ex rays and cleaned your teeth. The Cleaning was ruff for me I kept choking or the water went into my sinus and would burn. I'v had several Cleanings in my 65 years, this was AWFUL! I cannot afford to pay. I asked if they accept my insurance. I was told they did. After the services, was told that they may not accept my insurance.

I have enjoyed coming to Dr Haake's clinic for more than 2 years now,. Dental hygienist this morning however was rude and had an attitude. She could work on improving that.
