Very good. David did a diagnostic on our leaking sewage pipe, and then came back second day with Jimel to fix it. David & Jimel were very professional and kindly cleaned up after they were done. Nicole was was very professional as well, she set up the appointments, sent us the quote, and when David was running late, called us to let us know. Thank you.
I just had a huge weight lifted off my shoulders with the work David (from Blue Water Plumbing) completed on both my kitchen sink and the slow draining bathtub. David’s inspection of the kitchen sink leak was so thorough, that he detected the **** that had accumulated in a rusted pipe that required a replacement. If that rusted pipe had been overlooked, I would have experienced additional leakage under the kitchen sink that required the entire pipe assembly to be reworked. Response for service was immediate and the repair handled expertly and professionally within the promised time window. The site was left clean and free of old debris. We were extremely satisfied.
Excellent service and communication. Dylan arrived right on time and called me since I was out of town and he explained everything over the phone and went to get the new Intelliflow sensor and install it all in the same day. Then he waited until the washer ran the full cycle to be sure it was fixed before he left
