RecommendedThe Bluffs of Williston apartments are a wonderful place to live. The manager of the property, Christina, and her assistant work extremely hard to make sure the property is maintained and the residents' needs are met. There are numerous events throughout the year enticing the residents to socialize and become friends, thus promoting a real community-feel. I highly recommend The Bluffs of Williston apartments.
Moving so far away from home was difficult but Christina and Jamie made us feel at home. They are amazingly helpful and genuine. That’s something that’s unique in Williston! Our apartment was great and our utility bills were crazy cheap. The underground parking made the winter a lot less poop also.
We love living at the Bluffs! Jamie & Christina do a wonderful job managing the properties, are friendly & very responsive. The buildings are well taken of. They go above & beyond hosting fun monthly activities for both the kids & adults. Great neighbors, quiet living & heated underground parking! We’re very happy that we chose the Bluffs.
My living experience at the Bluffs has been great. The office ladies are amazing. Answer any questions I have and help where needed. Clean building and property. Always on top of mantience issues. The community events are always fun. Wine down Wednesday is my favorite😊The best place I’ve lived in Williston
We moved here the first of June and so far we love it here. The office ladies are so warm and friendly! It’s quiet and our neighbors are super nice. It’s a great location as well!

The staff are all very courteous and always professional. The building and grounds are maintained very well. The staff does a great job of addressing any issues that are brought to their attention in a timely manner. Only place in the area that I am aware of that has underground assigned parking.I have been a a resident here since shortly after it opened and I highly recommend the Bluffs.
Love the ladies in the office. I never worry about calling them for anything. They are very understanding and helpful. They put on the nicest get togethers for us renters as well as for the kids. My family has had a great experience living at the Bluffs.
