Blush Boot Camp is great calorie burning, group workout with strong, encouraging, & diverse women. You will have the pleasure of working with amazing trainers & administrative staff as well. I love that there no judgement & women of all fitness levels working towards improved mental/physical well being! I highly recommend Blush Boot Camp to all ladies no matter your age, shape, or size.

Been at Blush for 2 years now and can honestly say I'm addicted to the amazing workouts. The environment is amazing, women pushing other women to work harder every class to reach their goals.
This is the first gym that I have stuck with. I have been a member for 1.5 years and still love it as much as when I started! I have lost weight, gained muscle, met some amazing women, and so much more! Thank you BLUSH for giving this girl her groove back. 😂
