"Smooth transaction" Wow! How easy could this be! Questions answered, a couple of test drives, made the deal, and driving home in my new car! Elvis is great, easy to talk to and follows through with his word. Highly recommend Elvis and this dealership.
"Services" The place is ok, employees are very friendly, attentive, professional. The waiting area has good coffee machine and bottled water but too dark , no magazine, wish it could be nicer.
"Love New Century!" I’ve leased two cars here at New Century BMW, and I can’t wait to come back for a third. Ken Chau is very professional, very knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I was set on leasing another SUV, but after he showed me a couple sedans, I fell in love with them and ended up leasing one. He’s always willing to help at any time and answers texts/emails/calls timely. There is a dealership closer to my house, but I always go to BMW because their staff is always welcoming and diligent.

"Great Service" Recommend James in Service Department. He is quick to get things done and always knows the latest updates on the car. Even when he is very busy, he is friendly and takes the time to answer all my questions.
"thorough service" we live far but always make appointments with the service center at new century. our advisor, james chiu is honest and thorough in his work and communication. we can always rely on him to be efficient and meet our schedule needs.
