First of all, I want to say that Ken is AWESOME!! My daughter was at Century BMW to upgrade her vehicle to the IX and Ken told me that he could put me in a BMW SUV also. I brought my i3 into this dealership for service. If you have an i3 I recommend talking to Gus (Service Rep). He also has an i3 and is very friendly and knowledgeable. They fixed my car quickly and were very clear in explaining how they fixed it. The even made some videos to show me what was going on underneath my car. Very cool.
Had an easy and smooth deal for my new 2024 BMW X6. As with all my car deals, I first looked at the vehicle online and sent in an online interest request. From there I received a call from Jason, I gave him my numbers/offer. After a couple of calls back and forth, we came to a happy medium. When arriving at the dealership all the numbers were honored and it was a quick execution of documents. New Century BMW has my recommendation!
