Dave Griffin really is an exemplary sales person as I can attest having shopped various BMW dealerships across the USA east of the Mississippi before deciding to work with him! I got absolutely superb service when I got my 435 xi convertible. David Griffin was extremely helpful in getting me exactly the car that I was looking for as trade from another dealership. Everything went smooth and quickly. I could not ask for a better experience.

We recently purchased a BMW 300e from this dealer, and despite the fact that this model is very new, the staff were great. In particular, the salesman we worked with, Brad Paris, was knowledgeable and experienced. Highly recommend!

I visited all the bmw dealerships in Detroit area to get a 328i with all the packages that i wanted. BMW of Rochester Hills has a wide range of CPO cars and Erick was great, he knows his stuff and was very helpful. Totally satisfied doing business with them.

We visited BMW of Rochester hills after visiting few other dealerships and, from the beginning we knew this was the place. Working with Michael McGarry has been a great experience. He was very patient and we didn't feel rushed to make a purchase. He gave us opportunity to explore all options and helped us come to a decision. We are very happy with our new BMW X3 and have been enjoying the ride.
