"My 4th lease with Nick Alexander" Henry Ryu was my sales person for my 4th BMW lease. He was very intuitive about what I wanted and needed for my new lease after having just 2 quick phone calls with me. I am a very busy person like the next, and he was able to get me a great monthly fee without any haggling. He also threw in some extras like tire insurance and window tints. "Unbeatable offer & service made be buy right away!" It was a perfect shopping experience at BMW Nick Alexander! Manny, the Sales Manager, was highly professional, friendly and very patient with our many questions. He was truly interested in finding the right car for us. The facility is really nice (renovated). The conversations and negotiations were accommodating, the final offer was very attractive (actually unbeatable!). We bought a certified pre-owned BMW the same day. It's a dealer we will definitely return to!
"All about the customer " The staff at this dealer really made me feel like they wanted to make me happy, I live quite a ways away and I couldn’t make it there on a one day notice, so Christopher knew I was interested and updated with me on my situation daily reassuring me the car was there and I’ll be taken care of, car was spotless and ready for a test drive as soon as I got there, I’ve been to dealers before and bought cars off dealers before, by far it was the smoothest and best experience I’ve had.

"Professional Sales Department" With my six BMW leased starting with the 3 Series and currently with the 5 Series, Joe Pinedo in sales was very instrumental in assisting me every step of the way with each of my leases, I prefer to only work with him at this point. He is a professional and wonderful person with a great attitude, always going above and beyond to make sure everything is well with me and my BMW's.
