I dropped off my vehicle for service and required an oil change and replacement of engine coolant. After picking up the vehicle, I received two notifications. Oil change was still needed and engine coolant is low. Yesterday I went to the service area so they can reset the engine oil notification. The service tech assume that the oil change did occur but just the notification was not removed. I have boughten 4 BMWs from 3 previous dealers. I have had 3 different experiences that couldn't be any different from each other. I won't tell you were I went and received deceitful selling and financing tactics. But I will say do not waste your time going to other BMWs.
