I dropped off my vehicle for service and required an oil change and replacement of engine coolant. After picking up the vehicle, I received two notifications. Oil change was still needed and engine coolant is low. Yesterday I went to the service area so they can reset the engine oil notification. The service tech assume that the oil change did occur but just the notification was not removed. It's been a week since I've picked up my order from BMW of Downtown LA. They were so helpful throughout the process of ordering a car and having it delivered. Edgar Manzanares was great and so was everyone else whenever we needed to communicate. They were kind and extremely helpful. I would recommend to everyone to come here for their next vehicle.
