Our experience with Zach and Colten was nothing less than exemplary! From the moment we walked into the showroom we were greeted with a smile and were asked how they could be of service. On a 108+ degree day they made sure that we were all comfortable, our toddler had snacks (thanks Zach!) and all the water we could consume. Vito, Karen and Tony were all so accommodating, professional and friendly. They were all at the dealership well beyond their normal day to complete our transaction- the doors were locked and only the cleaning crew was left but these three made us feel like this was normal routine and not any kind of imposition. Kudos to the great members of the Niello team!
The jury is still out bought a BMW but not from Niello but the problem I have is a dealer only repair so cannot really say anything about the service department yet. But last year we bought a car from Niello and had a very pleasant experience.

It is very refreshing to meet with an expert on the vehicle that you are interested in with no sales pressure. Everyone was friendly, professional and honest. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had! Everyone here was so wonderful and honest. They were extremely fast getting us in and out, and we actually enjoyed our time at the dealership and with the employees there. Bernard, Mark and Joe were pleasant and wonderful and extremely helpful with everything. Thank you guys for making this fun and exciting for us!
