My experience was for Service, but I unexpectedly and pleasantly ended up having an exceptional experience with one of your saleswomen/salespersonnel. I have serviced 2 of my BMW's Here. Very professional and they have always treated me with respect and get the job done well with and w/out loaners. Great people, flawless service, everything one could dream about being an owner of one of the best car in the world. Constantly felt as I was a member of the Great BMW family. Unfortunately the loner service was opt out to Enterprise company. These people of no match to BMW and it showed in a distinguished contrast to the BMW traditions.
"With change of weather, my runflats all registered as..." With change of weather, my runflats all registered as low. I called after Service Department hours on Saturday. Schane Vonhartleben went above and beyond. He told me to come in. He personally checked the pressures and filled my tires.
