Really enjoyed working with Darnell and Nowell on the purchase. They took care of all my car buying needs. And the mug and gift certificate that Darnell got me when I came back were the cherry on top. Alden did a great job explaining the vehicle to me as well when I came back the next day.
Only speaking for the service department...can't comment on sales, but their service department is terrible. My first visit (brand new SUV) was for an oil change and squeaky brakes after 10,000 miles. They also needed to replace a damaged tire. I waited all day only to find out they didnt have the tire stock and I would have to bring it back the next day. Today, I dropped it off again for another oil change. Easy no pressure sales, found me a vehicle with the features I wanted for my mother as well as the price point needed to meet our budget. Easy transaction with minimal time in the dealership! My service experience was everything one could hope for these days. John did an excellent job of keeping me informed of progress, which I greatly appreciated. Obtaining a loaner car was very easy, and that was very helpful too. The car was ready exactly when promised. This was an ideal service experience!
