They were able to diagnose and find the source of the nagging problem with my 2016 X3's radio reception. I had been to other BMW dealerships who could not find any issues and told me to "live with it" -- but Narek and Paul went the extra mile to fix the problem and prove that I wasn't crazy about this after all.
