Appreciated the use of a loaner vehicle. Impressed by video follow up by Marco. Car returned within a reasonable time. It took much longer - 20 minutes to have car brought down and was late for an appointment. Did not like experience of having to haggle over the price, although Marco eventually adjusted it accordingly.
