Had to wait forever and our finance guy seemed a little inpatient. I held onto the pen I used to sign the documents and when I stood to leave the office, he said "Um, that's my pen." (It was a BMW logo pen...1 of many on his desk.) OK, dude, here's your pen back.

He made sure that I received the help that I needed for my car and secured a loaner for me which was a life saver. The only downside was that it took a long time to diagnosis my car but the service department was transparent about the back up.
