The folks at Casey BMW was fantastic from the first call I made to the actual delivery of my new 2024 Z4 BMW. Willey, Joe, and Dennis were a great team to work with on my purchase. I drove to Casey from Suffolk to Newport News Virginia today To get an oil change on my Bentley. Prior to me coming here I called and made an appointment and they said they ordered a special part for my Bentley’s filter. I called this morning before driving such a long way and asked if the filter came in and they said absolutely. I sat for over two hours, and when the man came back with my keys, he told me they ordered the wrong part and no one knew therefore, I have been sitting here all day for no reason and it’s 4:00 PM ... read more

2023 BMW X5 ;Went to pickup the car after the second time in the shop for the TPMS system showing low tire pressure even after servicing the tire. 1st trip they refreshed the programming which took a few days and no loner car available. Second trip back for the same issue they found a small nail in the tire. Ok I get it, I had the warranty and they replaced the tire.
