Bought my first BMW 335 last year and took it in twice for maintenance here and Kenji helped me both times to the fullest! Both times my car was kept over the weekend because service dept was backed up but the loaner process was stellar! A few grease prints on the door but I also don't let them put it through the car wash. Great service!

Been there once and was pleased with the service and attention. The only complaint is the car wash. Car was worse after the wash.
