Got an email advertising $100 oil change for my car! Cool. Called the dealership to confirm promotion. Promotion confirmed! Cool. Get there early so I can finish work at home. Show up. My $100 oil change turns into a $1,400 oil service. There's no way a cabin and engine air filter are worth $400. Thankfully I'm a genius and double-booked an oil change with MK Autowerkstatt an hour later. $400 for oil change, filter change, and full inspection. Hector was amazing as my salesman. The entire purchasing process was seamless and there was no hidden agenda whatsoever! Would absolutely recommend and appreciate all of your assistance. The team fully detailed my 530i and filled the tank before pulling off the lot, that might have been the longest portion/wait of my entire experience but zero complaints. Thank you again!
