My spouse and I have been apart of the BMW family since 2017. Collectively, we’ve gotten five BMWs through BMW of Houston North. Every single one of those were through Alex. Craig was friendly, knowledgeable and kept me abreast on the status of my vehicle. He explained the recommended repairs, what was needed now & why, vs what could wait. Was in and out within the 2-3 hours noted up front which I appreciate.
Ive brought my BMWs to several of the dealerships in Houston and BMW North is by far the best. My appointments are always on time and I'm greeted and taken care of the moment I arrive. My advisor Adrian keeps me informed of the progress of my vehicle with timely updates..I really appreciate that. The waiting area is very comfortable and you are provided with great snacks and refreshments. I come from inside the loop and its TOTALLY worth the drive!!
I had a very okay experience. Definitely not great, but not horrible. In total they had my car for approximately 3 weeks. Repairs were done properly for the most part. My only issue is the major lack of communication this service center has with their customers. My Service Advisor, Cassey, did not meet with me when I dropped my car off, nor did she meet me when I picked my car up and PAID for the repairs. I recently purchased a used vehicle from the dealership, and when I got it home, there was a problem with the back up camera. I brought it in to be diagnosed and repaired. Cassey Monroe was the coordinator handling the repairs and helping to push it through in an expeditious manner. The Technician was very quick with the repair and had it back to me in a couple of hours. If I could give them more than five stars, I would. They treated me respectfully and kept me informed the whole time. A+++ Team!
