I got my X5 here 2 months ago and had a great experience. Ross helped me with everything & was very friendly and helpful throughout the process. I’m out of state so we handled the trade in value estimate (which isn’t always definite) and numbers over the phone and once I arrived they stayed true to their quote and never tried switch up numbers or decrease my trade in value which sometimes car dealerships will try to do.
