We purchased two BMW’s this year working closely with John, Jemar, Susan and Amy. John was expert in explaining the models, features and year differences. John is incredibly responsive to phone calls, questions that inevitably arise when purchasing a car, and “low pressure” at decision time. And the rest of the staff at The BMW Store was equally friendly and made the car buying experience simple and stress-free. It was the best car buying experience I've ever had in the dozen cars I've purchased.

Amy gave such fantastic service- I cannot praise her highly enough.
