He knew all the details about the car and provided frequent updates throughout the purchase process. All paperwork was accomplished online. No hidden fees or shady tactics. Absolutely awful service department. We purchased a vehicle from P&W BMW last year and had a very positive experience with the sales department. I would recommend them. However, every interaction with the service department has been terrible. Within one week of having the car there was a computer issue and we had to bring it back. Unlike a lot of people that are excited to shop for a new car, I am not fond of it. That being said, I was truly impressed with Caleb and Jake at P & W BMW!!!! There was never any pressure, or feeling that they were trying to put us in a specific vehicle. Caleb was singularly focused on meeting our requests and requirements.
