Andres is hands down the best client advisor. Two weeks ago I had my car serviced, and decided to take a peek at the new electric line up. Andres was patient, kind, and informative. The staff was willing to negotiate over the phone and lock down a price before I came in (none of the typical “when can you come in and drive it” nonsense that dealers pull these days). They then stuck to the agreed price and made buying my BMW i3 easy! I was in and out in 2 hours. The exact opposite of an awful experience. Thanks Pedro and Byron!
Yesterday I were on my way home from work and the coolant engine light is on and I made a appointment today with my favorite advisor Artemisa. And this morning she gave me a suggestion they will add coolant for me and wait till a couple of weeks see the engine light will on, if so then I can schedule a diagnostics with her. The diagnosis cost like $250 something. She is the best she thinks about her customer. Highly recommend her to everyone who are planning schedule appointments with her. She is the best
