"Professional" We would have to give Premier management credit because we visited Volvo, Audi and Bmw we were treated with the same professionalism. The temperament of each sales representative was appreciated.
"my BMW experience" It was a pleasure to work with Tim Muldoon in selecting our BMW. With his expertise he was very helpful making recommendations as to the model and features we desired even as we later chose to add more features resulting in ordering a different car and waiting for additional weeks for delivery. Brandon Pavlakis has been helpful getting to know the car's many features and we will continue to depend on his knowledge.

"Great way to buy a car" I had never worked with BMW of Cape Cod previously. I went there to$ay with an interest in buying an SUV. I had talked to Ben Whitney on the phone before driving to the dealership, and he was waiting my arrival. Everything went very smoothly. Ben put me in a car for a test drive, and afterwards we very quickly came to an ageeement on a new car. From walking I;the door to writing the check took only about 2 hours. Erl pleased and satisfied.
"Smooth, professional, and pressure-free experience" Ben and his colleagues were fantastic. I had been looking for a specific CPO model of car for a while and they had what I wanted. Their no-haggle pricing model relieves a lot of the stress and pressure from the traditional process. "Easy Comfortable Experience" I found the car I wanted to check out on the dealer website. Ben Whitney was quick to call me back and we arranged a time to see it. He was very polite and informative. Bela is warm and welcoming. The whole process was simple and no pressure. Jacob is very knowledgeable and walked me thru the whole car set up. I've had a positive experience and will definitely be going back in the future.
