"Relaxing sales approach" I enjoyed working with the sales staff. I found the atmosphere to be very relaxing. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist. The features of the vehicle I viewed was explained very clearly. The price was spot on.

"Best yet" BMW of Cape Cod kept popping up in my searches for a new (used) car so i decided to give them a try. All 3 of the cars i was interested in were pulled up and waiting for me after my nearly 2 hour drive. Ben took the time to explain the different configurations, options and packages on the cars and was pressure-free. The overall process was quick and painless, they even registered the car for me else i waited. Overall grade is an A-. A complimentary key chain would have been nice but overall i am very happy.

"Customer Focused" I had been in the market for a car for about 2 months. I was undecided as to which brand I really wanted. I visited several dealerships to test drive new and used vehicles. "Incredible customer service" I went to BMW of Cape Cod looking for a new X5.. a gentleman by the name of Ben Whitney not only made me feel comfortable but also educated me on everything the new X5 had to offer. Mr Whitney made me feel at home. I was impressed with his vast knowledge of seemingly every vehicle on the lot! I was also very pleased with his follow up skills and overal customer service. You have a customer for life!!
"Heated Steering WHeel" The experience was great, only draw back is that I was told my car had a heated steering wheel and just realized it does not.
"Wouldn’t Buy a Car Anywhere Else " This will be our second car from BMW of CC in 3 years. Ben Whitney’s been a pleasure to work with. I appreciate his informative, helpful, low pressure approach that makes the car buying experience a breeze. Add in the very accommodating and efficient folks in the service department and there’s no reason to shop anywhere else!
