Honored and matched internet pricing from other dealership so I did not have to haggle too much on pricing. Scott is not pushy and took care of my requests patiently.
I spent a few weeks hunting around local dealers for a CPO X3. After several disappointing visits to dealerships closer to my house, we drove to Tenafly with low expectations. What a difference at BMW Tenafly with Scott! Attentive, but not overbearing, both Scott and the CPO manager made the whole sales experience easy and enjoyable from negotiations to delivery. Well worth the hour drive to get there (and so much fun to drive that hour home in my new car)! I would recommend this dealership and Scott to anyone!
I emailed about 20 dealers regarding a new vehicle lease, providing very specific details around the two vehicles and options we were considering. From beginning to end a Great Experience. I was greeted By Scott Marlowe while looking to but a CPO BMW and immediately felt at ease, he was sincere in trying to help me find what car would best suite my needs and took the time to test drive a few vehicles and help narrow down what would be best car for me, I bought a BMW X6 the next day from Scott. Very impressed with the service here. Manny and Landon were knowledgeable and thorough from start to finish. Manny was responsive to questions even after the purchase was complete to ensure a smooth transition from the car I was replacing. Shout out to everyone else who helped out as well.
