2021 BMW X-3 They were pretty eager to sell me a car and the process went rather smoothly. Afterwards when I was trying to get additional accessories for my car and a minor repair, the service representatives seemed completely disinterested in helping me out. The person who I bought the car from (Manuel) was stellar, the other dealers didn?t seem to care at all.

Excellent experience with my Mini Cooper purchase Ron with the Internet Sales department made the entire process as smooth as any car buying experience that I've ever had. From the time I arrived to the time that we left the dealership in our beautiful Mini Cooper S Clubman was just over 90 minutes and that includes my trade-in as well. The deal was straight forward, no back and forth, just settled. I would recommend Stevens Creek BMW, and the Mini Cooper brand as both excellent.
