Was looking to buy a new Ford Bronco and found one at this dealership. Was marked way under MSRP and I wanted it. I am compelled to share my disappointing experience with Moses Ford Inc. in St. Albans, WV, regarding a recent vehicle order. After initiating an order for a 2024 Raptor R on the first day the banks opened, I was assured by multiple sales representatives, including in writing, that all customer orders were sold at MSRP. We weren't sure what to expect when we were towed into the service dept after an emergency breakdown at 3 am, in our trusty 2017 Ford Focus on a road trip from Seattle, WA to Norfolk, VA with two puppies. Despite hosting a full schedule Jason B. was kind, courteous, and patient with us. They snuck us in for a diagnostic outside, as all the bays were full. The staff members were polite, professional and knowledgeable of their jobs. Dylan was attentive and knowledgeable. Made me feel comfortable with making a big decision. Impressive manager who was involved in the process and was interested that appropriate information was being given to me. An overall good experience. The staff are excellent representatives for not only Moses but Ford industry in general. Everyone, including Casey in finance, believe in the good quality of what they sell.
