Very disappointed with the service I received. Buying a very expensive car there are things that you come to expect when it comes to customer service. I came in for an oil change and was surprised to see no drinks other than water and no snacks offered. Then I checked to see if my car was ready and it was on a customer service persons desk buried in paperwork that had gone to lunch. Bailee was a great advisor. Very communicative and easy to chat with. I brought my 1998 Z3 to them for a full look-over and oil change. My ending price ended up being much less than they quoted me at the beginning (which I loved). Their inspection was thorough and I even learned a few new things about my car from them!
They’ve always got the job done and made sure my vehicle was smooth sailing. Only had one mishap but the moment I brought it in they were quick to take care of it without charging. The folks at BMW of Tulsa are friendly, supportive, and really dedicated to passion of BMWs. Will always be loyal customer. Thanks, everyone! I appreciate you all!
The car drove great to my home. Later went into town and on the way back it started making a popping sound from the rear right,so when I get home I jack the car up and take the tire off and found two pieces that were hitting. One piece the bolt was loose. Unable to drive.
Great experience getting my suv serviced. Johnathan was very professional and even went the extra mile to give me tips on the best ways to maintain my vehicle. Doug was a great shuttle driver who got me back and forth to the service department. Appreciate you all, keep up the great work.
