I moved to Cincy a couple years ago and purchased two BMW convertibles, one for my son and one for myself, which we only drive in the summer during good weather. Both have been serviced at this dealership on several occasions. Each time the service writers have been professional as have been the mechanics. The service manager, Tim always says hello and asks if he can do anything to make our experience better. This service department is the best I've experienced in my 54 years.
