This Dealership is amazing. The representative Joe at the front desk was beyond helpful. He went out of his way to help me with a recall service on my car. He’s very knowledgeable, polite and very thorough. The mechanics are loyal, responsible, hardworking and dependable! It’s so hard to find dealerships with mechanics that you can depend on with your vehicle, and I am so happy I found this dealership. I had my BMW Alpina serviced by the new Service Guy Kevin and that guy is great!! Not only did they fix my issue but this man kept me posted with everything thing EVERYDAY without me having to contact the place once to find out anything about my car. On top of it I had this issue and went to another BMW dealership that could not figure out the problem and Kevin and the BMW techs here made it happen and did a full check on the car and it’s PERFECT now. Thank you Kevin and now this place is in great hands. Great job!
My experience, at Wyoming Valley BMW was absolutely amazing. Maurice, my sales associate and Codey were so wonderful to work with. Maurice did everything possible an then some to make me very happy and make me feel comfortable with the process of buying my X3. Codey was absolutely wonderful explaining all the wonderful features in my X3 it could be very overwhelming, but Codey was very patient and kind with explaining to me. If I could give Maurice and Codey 10 stars, I would. !!! Amazing
By far the best BMW dealership in the area. They service department is top notch. Always friendly and happy to see you. They have helped me navigate my service package and have saved me thousands of dollars. I drive over an hour just to get my service done here.
