I just want to take a second to say how wonderful this dealership is. Especially, our salesman, Alex. We bought our car back in November. We had such a good experience there that even though this dealership is over on hour further away then the closest dealership, we plan to take it there for regular maintenance service. I was scheduled for my 1,200 mile break in service at BMW of Asheville (which is 1 1/2 hrs from me) but they called me 20 mins before my appointment and said they didn’t have the fluids needed for my car. Savannah called me when I was almost at the dealership and said they found out yesterday afternoon that the fluids that were needed for my service was on back order. We appreciate all the wonderful people that we have worked with in the last years since we moved here!
