BMW of Wichita Falls employees are the best, I always like coming to their dealership. All are very friendly, they go all out to satisfy the customer and their needs. I have been to numerous dealerships throughout my life, now 74 yrs old, and BMW of Wichita Falls is like spending time with best friends. On February 1, 2024, I came in with my 2013 X5 35i for a Check Engine Light, misfire, and limp mode warning on my car. I forgot her name, but the lady with the blue eyes and blonde hair did a great job making sure I was comfortable and up-to-date on my services. I ended up staying there for 7 hours due to and extensive diagnosis on my X5, and not once did I feel I was being ignored or made uncomfortable. The company does not take care of their employees or their customers. 75% or more of the patterson employees that stayed on with Foundation during the take over have been fired or pushed out. I am a disabled Veteran who worked for both Patterson and Foundation BMW and Mercedes, and it is sad what Foundation is doing to our community. Their Dallas approach of treating clients as a number and a paycheck instead of a family member trying to burn them is what is causing them to fail.
