Fantastic experience! Knowledgeable, kind, and patient sales team. Ben K. did a fantastic job answering questions and working through the deal. Beth was a wonderful resource on the financing side. Called Laural BMW to see if they had an allocation for an M3, spoke with Earl Brekebile and he said they did in fact have an M3 allocation. Every other place I called had a waiting list or wanted a huge deposit to just be put on a waiting list, not Laurel BMW even though I’ve never bought a vehicle from them they never asked for a large deposit for my order. This is a great dealership to work with. My car was scheduled in quickly and they gave me a complete video walk around with details of the issues my car was experiencing. The car was repaired along with some service recalls and a detailed bill was placed on the seat for after hours pick up. Top notch business! Thank you!
The service dept was awesome. I didn’t purchase my car there and they treated me better than the bmw dealership I did buy it at. My future purchases will be from them for sure.
