Professional and courteous; dealership took care of the recall without any problems. The service was as usual excellent.
Made a purchase via Internet. Rick Blythewood was professional, but comfortable to deal with. Our experience was excellent in every way. One notable moment: when we arrived to see the car the first time, it was posed in front of the dealership, flawlessly detailed, with a full tank of gas.

"Diagnosed my issue quickly and solve the problem in a flash!" Always terrific service at Athens BMW. Only took a few minutes to remove rock from wheel well! They happily gave me a loaner, and took care of the problem almost before I was off the lot!

"2020 BMW 430i CONVERTIBLE" FYI - BMW held our car at port of entry for a week, Our car was part of a stop sell recall before we were able to pick it up (held until parts were available and vehicle was fixed).
