Pre-Owned BMW Purchase No high pressure sales. Christian was top notch. Personable, knows his products and is very objective in his sales approach. Also the gentleman I test drove the car with was knowledgeable and pleasant.

Great purchase experience. Rick Osberg is what every car sales person should emulate to be. He took the time to understand my needs, while also explaining the car and of course helping me navigate the process. He also went above and beyond during the final deal process, picking me up from the train station, coordinating with the BMW genius prior to my test drive, and then of course having everything scheduled out with Finance and all the paperwork being completed quickly and efficiently.

Great service Charlotte went above and beyond to accommodate my car to be serviced right away when I had a unscheduled drivetrain malfunction. She arranged for me to be driven home after dropping off my car and my car was repaired by 5pm the very next day. Best if all, everything was covered under warranty. Thank you Charlotte!

Awesome experience Our sales person, Darryl Tate, was the best ever. He was very professional and patient. He was not pushy at all, worked with us on a fair price and made financing easy. He answered our questions before we even asked. Even after we took the car home he followed up. The car is in excellent condition and even though we’ve only had it a week, I feel comfortable that we won’t have any issues. So far this has been the best car buying experience we have ever had.
