A great experience... Qaisir was very helpful and accommodating. He was very easy to converse with and we felt, he really tried his best to establish a win - win situation. As a matter of fact, I'm thinking about leasing another vehicle maybe sometime next year. Lastly, this dealership has always been a favorite, I've only had positive experiences here, and I have been to other dealerships in the area. This is the real one !!

Andrew made the purchase very easy. I basically did... Andrew made the purchase very easy. I basically did everything remotely via email and phone. I negotiated price, confirmed financing and left a credit card deposit all over the phone. I found the vehicle on line (factory certified used) and live 80 miles from Devon. All that was left to do was inspect car (no surprises) test drive and finalize contract. I only spent about 2 hours at dealership, I did discover one flaw, cracked taillights. Third good experience Kerry provided good, low pressure advice and assistance. Good guy. He was responsive throughout the process (test drive, order and sale). Fair pricing and a pretty seamless transaction overall. Manager Frank assisted as well. Three transactions with no major complaints. In 3 years, unless things change, I will be going for a 4-peat.

Great experience at BMW of Devon! We made a three hour drive to BMW of Devon to test drive a car. We were greeted by a pleasant client advisor named Kerry. Black Friday shoppers made the store very busy, but Kerry took all the time needed to answer all our questions and test driving the car.
