Great service; clean facilities Customer's input mattered. The salesperson listened to what we wanted and went out of his way to obtain it for us. We think he was very creative as well as being honest with us. I think the whole buying experience was great, which I also think is very unusual in the car-buying world.

N/a. Everything went well with drop off, getting a loner car, inspection and repairs. I had issues with picking up my car. I paid online. I arrived, dropped off liner and no one could find my paperwork/keys. I waited and waited a 1/2 hour. Finally the secretary was very apologetic and found my paperwork/keys which were there the whole time. The check out desk was very unorganized. The doors were locked for me to exit to go to my car.
