Vehicle Service and inspection Very pleasant people, who were knowledgeable.I was keep in the loop on the needs and process of the service call. The video they send is excellent. You are assigned a maintenance manager and he follow through on everything.
Nice garage but horrible collection Had the car we wanted, the dealership was clean and staff where friendly. Be aware collecting the car after the sale is where this falls down. Advisor didn’t care about final appointment for handover and was more interested in making another sale
Fabulous service and great staff My salesperson, Dale Levin was fabulous! Working with him on the purchase of my new (4th) BMW was the best experience I ever had at Devon BMW. I hope he's around when I purchase my 5th! Not only was he great at helping me purchase the vehicle but he spent significant time with me on the lot going over some of the new technical gadgets that were new to me just to make sure I was comfortable driving home. All I can say is Mr. Levin is Great!
