Great service, Great Service Advisor Rony was great to work with. He understood the issues and had them all addressed. Highly commend him on his demeanor in dealing with my lack of understanding of what was and was not covered by factory vs certified pre owned warranty.
Easy sales experience Dale was very open and up front. Easy to work with. Low pressure situation. Recommend him to anyone looking to buy a BMW!
Excellent service department Charlotte always provides top notch service. For the most recent service, I let her know that I didn't intend to keep the car very long, so she did an excellent job in arranging to do only the work which was necessary for inspection.
