My mom was in town the weekend for the birth if my third son. Her bmw threw an error code saying it was low on coolant on Saturday. We dropped it off for this place to check it out. Couple hours later they called and said everything was fine and the car was ready to be picked up. On her way out of town on Sunday the car started spraying coolant all over the place. I came from Albuquerque to be present for the birth of my grandson. My car showed a message that it was low on coolant. I took it to the autoplex for repair. After several hours I received a call that it was fine. Not leaking. Just low. As I prepared to return to Albuquerque on Sunday the light came in again. Upon opening the hood it was evident that coolant was leaking and the car displayed a danger message. Of course there is no one to talk to. Worst customer service I have ever experienced! I have owned a lot of BMWs in my lifetime and I have dealt with various dealerships, who have wonderful customer service, and this is definitely not one of them. I highly encourage you to steer clear of Autoplex and consider Alderson in Lubbock.
