Buying a car is sometimes hard but this was a nightmare. These people are always trying to pull something. Specifically the manger of this place. We are buying an expensive car, and they lied about it being certified preowned. But since they advertised it as CPO (which I am convinced is a scam they run) they said they would do the process to make it official. My car itself speaks for BMW. I love driving it everyday. They make me a proud BMW owner. Other than that, they always go above and beyond. Excellent personnel, service, and hospitality. They always make me feel welcome and provide top tier service. They make me want to go out and tell everyone to get a BMW. Scheduled a test drive online. Showed up to the front desk with nobody in sight. After 10-15 minutes of watching me from their office, and well after my scheduled time, some manager came out and fumbled around a bit, apparently surprised? and got me their newest salesperson (which took another ~10 minutes). We were simply looking to scope out different vehicles with an upcoming need to add an SUV to our garage. Drove down to take a look and any/all vehicles they had and was met by an extremely gracious Sales Professional named Mercedes. She showed us everything we wanted to see. Explained all of the differences in models, trims, engines and allowed us to take the vehicle home to ensure it fir within our garage. What sucks about this dealership is if you live 2 +hrs away they will not provide a loaner car for you even when the maintenance will take 2 or more days. You will have to find your own transportation home or spend more money by renting a car.
